Tuscany Fall Tour
Oct 20 - Nov 1, 2018 Register now »
The crowds of summer and harvest time are gone. The landscape once green is now adorned with autumn's yellow, orange and red; what a great time to photograph in beautiful Tuscany.
Starting in Florence, we'll explore the Chianti region including the wonderful villages and countrysides of Montepulciano, Montalcino, Monteriggioni, Radda, Asciano, San Gimignano, Lucignano and the UNESCO village of Pienza - each with their unique appeal. Come experience one of the world's most beautiful regions in a slow-paced relaxing, crowd-free environment. The imagery of Tuscany is breathtaking with its hills and valleys, villas and wineries, towns and villages and the light – there’s something special about the light. Beginning with a sunset shot of Santa Maria del Fiore (the Duomo) from the restaurant atop Hotel Baglioni to the final capture of a Pienza morning, you’ll return home with wonderful memories and great images.
We'll be in 2 - 9 passenger vehicles with plenty of space for gear.
This will be George’s third trip to Tuscany and he’ll be accompanied by photographer Terry Eggers who has toured this area so many times (ten or eleven), he knows just where and when we'll have the best light. See Terry's bio and work at eggersphoto.com .
