OCTOBER 3 - 7, 2012 FALL in COLORADO: THE SAN JUAN RANGE TOUR Glowing aspen and blazing scrub oak, clear crisp days, snow in the mountains as background, Colorado's fall is spectacular and its greatest show is the San Juan Range in the Southwestern part of the state. You'll be dazzled by the colorful display of foilage. At this time of year, with the lower angle of the sun, we can shoot practically all day. Using the small community of Ouray - surrounded on three sides by 13,000 foot snow covered peaks - as our base, we'll cover several shooting locations in all directions including the ever popular Last Dollar Road to Telluride. OCTOBER 10 - 14, 2012 THE ACADIA NATIONAL PARK WORKSHOP The gem of Maine and the Northeast coast where the sun's rays first hit the continental United States, Acadia's diversity is hard to match. Here we find quaint carraige roads, granite peaks, hardwoods with their fall display of red and orange, cliffs and rugged coastline with pounding waves and quiet ponds with gorgeous reflections. Then add the quintessential New England town of Bar Harbor founded in 1796 with its shops, restaurants and, of course, clam chowder and Maine lobster. This is another annual sell-out event.
